Saving a calculation
Fill in the optional Title / Vehicle / Driver / Route fields at the top, then tap Save. It will appear in History and Reports.
Reconciliation
See every calculator's latest saved result on one screen, with a combined total of pure cost categories (ratios and profit figures are shown but excluded from the sum).
Exporting
Every calculator and the Reports screen can export to PDF, Excel or CSV, print directly, or share a text summary.
Importing
Use "Import Excel" on any calculator to auto-fill its fields from a spreadsheet row with matching column headers.
Working offline
Once loaded, the app keeps working without an internet connection. All data is stored on this device.
